The flexible layout naturally creates connected spaces for refreshments, guest seating, and activities such as dancing, presentations, or displays, allowing events to flow comfortably while remaining part of a single shared experience. Whether hosting a reception, corporate gathering, or special celebration, guests will enjoy one of Roanoke's most architecturally significant and inviting spaces.

Guidelines
The Roanoke History/O. Winston Link Museums welcome inquiries about site rentals. Located at 101 Shenandoah Ave. NE in a renovated historic passenger station, the site is well situated across from Hotel Roanoke and near the pedestrian overpass for easy access to Downtown. The building offers excellent views of Downtown, Mill Mountain and the Roanoke Star, and, of course, trains. We offer two excellent space options, which are highlighted below.
To schedule a viewing, please contact the Museum at the phone or email below.
If you are interested in renting a space for your next event, please read the General Information and Terms and Conditions document and submit the Rental Request Form to the Museum.
It is highly recommended that anyone interested in a rental view the space prior to submitting the Rental Request form.
